FAA career prospects

We have the pathways to make your transition from cadet to airline pilot seamless. The FAA requires pilots to fly 1,500 hours before they can earn their Airline Transport Pilot Certificate. One of the best ways to reach this requirement is to become a Flight Instructor, which is why we include the Flight Instructor Certificate in our main programs. Graduates of these programs are guaranteed an interview to become an L3 Flight Instructor.

We work with 14 airlines from around the United States, providing our graduates with numerous Airline Pilot opportunties. 96% of our cadets who are hired at L3 to instruct go on to be placed with airlines.
