Scholarships in aviation are the most sought after types of financial aid for students who qualify. Scholarships do not have to be paid back and are not always based on financial need.
Aviation scholarship resources
While there are many scholarships available, including a number of flight school scholarships, students are required to find them on their own. Scholarships are often one of the hardest types of financial aid for students to secure, because there may be thousands of students applying for the same support. The resources below are to assist those who wish to pursue an aviation scholarship.
L3 Pilot Pathways Women Aviators Scholarship
To demonstrate our commitment to diversity and inclusion, L3 has launched an exciting scholarship to encourage more women to apply to become Airline Pilots.
Two outstanding applicants will be awarded $25,000 to be used towards their pilot training and another eight women will receive up to $12,500.

L3 Airline Academy scholarships
L3 offers a number of scholarships for pilots, designed to help those who wish to study in the aviation industry.
By applying for these, students could qualify for up to $35,000. Please be aware that competition for these pilot training scholarships is high, and as such we are not able to guarantee scholarships for all applicants.
