Details of our 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Hotline number will be provided through your In-Service Support Manager.

In the event that a spare part is required, a spares request can then be raised directly via our Simulator Lifecycle Support “SLS” web portal.

Spare parts and consumables

Spare parts and consumables requirements are managed via our online web store “SLS”.

Customers can browse the web store and in the event that a part is not listed or require additional part detail to that published, users can make such requests via the parts enquiry form.

Upon receipt of the enquiry, a price and lead time will be communicated, with the desired part also added to the web store to enable the customer to procure.

Field Service and Field Service Bulletins (FSB)

L3 Commercial Training Solutions has a flexible approach to In-Services support and solutions such as a resident Field Service Engineer (FSE) offering both long or short-term contracts solutions.

Our FSE’s have extensive knowledge of the operation of products and are frequently attached to the activities during the in-house commissioning and acceptance phases of the equipment to ensure that their knowledge base is current.

The FSE role is to provide on-site technical support and on-the-job-training for the Customer’s maintenance team, ensuring a smooth introduction into service of the device, but these standard duties can be expanded to encompass more in-depth requirements.

Via our online portal “Horizon”, relevant FSB’s will be released to notify the customer community of information which we wish to share with you.
