As aircraft technology evolves, so too must maintenance training.

Virtual Maintenance Trainer

The Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT) is a simulation-based training tool used by airlines, MROs, universities and training centers around the world. It is designed to reduce training costs and increase operational efficiency by teaching any number of aircraft malfunctions on demand. Maintenance Technicians can now explore the aircraft using the fully functional Virtual Flight Deck and Virtual Aircraft. They can navigate virtual equipment bays, remove components and see the results in real time.

The software reduces training time spent in the actual aircraft and migrates more of your training course back to the controlled classroom setting, where students are free from environmental distractions and real-world limitations, where they have time to focus on instructor-led scenarios and procedure training. With the convenience of the classroom, they can practice troubleshooting procedures, study systems theory, conduct simulated ‘return to service’ tests, and so much more.

These tools are user-friendly, engage your employees, and motivate them to learn. You’ll save time, save money, and enhance the overall safety of your operation.
