Flight Instructor - New Zealand

We’re L3 Commercial Aviation, one of the world’s leading airline training organizations, and we’re expanding our team of Flight Instructors. Right now we’re looking for commercial pilots who’d like to pass their expertise to new recruits joining some of the world’s leading airlines. Throughout 2018, 24 of our Flight Instructors have gained employment in the airlines after being employed at L3 for an average of four years. You can expect to gain up to 500 hours of flying experience annually and have the opportunity to receive ongoing upgrades and development in a safe and rewarding environment.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be supporting the development of our cadets by providing them with high-quality training, combining your experience with our tuition program. Naturally, you’ll hold a NZ CPL, multi-engine instrument rating, C-Category instructor rating and a Class 1 Medical. Perhaps you’re a B-Category instructor with 200 hrs IFR experience. Maybe you have night, terrain or mountain flying instructor privileges. Even if you’re just starting to build your hours, we’d like to hear from you.

Applicants must hold the right to live and work in New Zealand.
