We are L3Harris Commercial Aviation, one of the world’s leading airline training organizations and we are expanding our team of Flight Instructors. Right now, we are looking for commercial pilots who would like to pass their expertise to new recruits joining some of the world’s leading airlines.
We pride ourselves in providing rapid upgrade opportunities with IRI and CRI courses to enable our Flight Instructors to teach Multi-Engine IR events. This year alone, over 30% of our UK Flight Instructors have undergone training to fast track their upgrade path.
Opportunities exist for Multi Engine/Instrument Rating and Single Engine Flight Instructors.

|Working pattern is 6 days on / 3 days off (includes bank holidays & weekends)|
|Working hours||Operational hours are normally 0600 – 2200, but may be extended outside of these hours|
During training flexible working will be required to facilitate induction and/or standardisation training or night flying.
Rosta patterns are given in advance in waves of AM, Day or PM (circa 8 hours per day)
|Loss of Licence*||Up to £100,000 - must hold an EASA CPL and Class 1 Medical at the time of appointment|

|Life Cover to the age of 75||4 times basic salary|
|Income Protection||Available to all staff|
|Training Bonds||All training is bonding for a period 24/36/48 months on completion of each career pathway completion and will be clawed back upon resignation should any balance be payable|
|Auto-enrolled pension||Employee contributions minimum 4% of base salary and Employer matched between 4%-7%|
|Holiday entitlement||33 days (inclusive of 8 UK bank holidays)|
|Bonus Ticket||1 round trip per year to home country after 12 months of employmet excluding Xmas, New Year, Easter, July & August. Booking requested 90 days in advance|
