Airline Pilot Careers Advisor (M/C)

Reports to: Airline Pilot Careers Advisor

Overview: Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Enrolment Assistant to join our busy team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and office based customer service skills to support the sales process of the airline pilot careers programs and course.

Primary purpose of the role:

  • Your work will involve the daily interaction with aspiring airline pilots, their sponsors and family members through various forms of communications including personal meetings.
  • Working closely with the team manager to ensure all our training courses are enrolled to full capacity against the commercial plan.
  • As part of our Careers Advice team you will develop strong relationships with our customers and possess the confidence to handle all inbound enquiries in a calm and professional manner

Key duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Be a primary point of contact for customer enquiries through email, telephone and face to face interactions
  • Ensure all airline pilot careers and customer enquiries are dealt with to an exceptional standard both promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information on all relevant program
  • Develop strong professional relationships with all applicants and their sponsors
  • Participate in our careers events and one to one customer visits
  • Follow data protection guidelines to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Ensure communication through all media is logged accordingly in files, folders and relevant databases adhering to date protection at all times
  • Undertake follow up calls to customers who have not completed applications, attended assessments or started courses
  • Ensure meeting spaces for customers are kept tidy and equipped with the relevant brochures and documentation.



Qualifications and educational requirement:

  • Educated to GCSE English and Maths, Level A-C (or equivalent)

Skills and experience:

  • Previous sales development experience in an office environment
  • Ability to work in a busy dynamic environment to tight deadlines
  • Proven team player with a collaborative approach to new tasks and opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and proactive attitude
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy when recording information
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with technology, social media and various IT packages – in particular MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Additional Information

  • This role is full time 37 hours
  • Some work at weekends/evenings on a rostered basis
  • Some travel to attend events is required
