ORLANDO, Fla., October 16, 2018 – L3 Commercial Aviation announced today the first selection for its newly launched Electronic Flight Display, EFD-750. Aircraft manufacturer Textron Aviation has selected the standby system to be used in its Cessna Denali turboprop aircraft currently in development.

“L3 has had a long-standing relationship with Textron Aviation, and we’re thrilled to build on this by delivering our new EFD-750 for the Cessna Denali,” said Eric Jenkins, Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Markets at Aviation Products, which is part of L3 Commercial Aviation. “This selection demonstrates our commitment to innovation and working closely with aircraft manufacturers to deliver high-quality, leading-edge products to meet their needs.”

The Cessna Denali aims to revolutionize the single-engine turboprop market segment, incorporating advanced technology throughout the aircraft. The EFD-750 Electronic Flight Display standby system is a compact and scalable unit delivering displays for attitude, airspeed, altitude and slip/skid.
