What our cadets have to say

From day one L3Harris trained us to become airline pilots. Even when flying a single engine piston fixed wing aircraft, the focus is on flying a commercial jet in the future.

There is an incredible sense of camaraderie at L3Harris and everyone looks out for each other. It's one of the friendliest environments I've been in and I’ve made friends for life.
